Audit Wing

On their own, standards and talent are not enough. To ensure they are followed, we have an audit wing comprising experts in each of the functions. They assess and evaluate samples of work performed by individual employees from a required standpoint. The audit wing ensures that quality codes, SOPs, and the operational framework are met. Employees are rated in terms of technical proficiency, accuracy and the value they bring to the organization. A report is prepared by the audit wing, which is used for further evaluation and continuous improvement
