Pillars of Quality
We believe quality is a direct outcome of the right inputs. That’s why we have established a strong control mechanism over four key inputs - hiring, training, retaining, and auditing. By strengthening these areas, we ensure that quality is not just an expectation but a guaranteed outcome for our clients.
Hiring Right Talent
We have a stringent talent selection process focusing on personal ethics, principles, and values that align with our organizational ethos along with experience, technical and executional skills. This way we have built a cohesive team dedicated to the common goal of serving the client with a memorable experience.
Training & Development
Once we have the right people on board, we invest in training programs to equip them with the skills and knowledge required at the project level. These programs cultivate within the talent the organization’s values, performance standards, and intense focus on quality. From the very beginning, they are trained to understand their role in delivering exceptional performance, with quality being the foremost criterion.
Retaining Right Talent
Client satisfaction through effective service delivery is directly proportionate to the availability of skilled and dedicated professionals. To ensure this, we focus on retaining and nurturing talent by creating a positive work culture and encouraging employee engagement. Our robust recognition, reward, and development programs create a high-performance oriented team. We strongly uphold that a happy and content team directly leads to satisfied clients.
Audit Wing
On their own, standards and talent are not enough. To ensure they are followed, we have an audit wing comprising experts in each of the functions. They assess and evaluate samples of work performed by individual employees from a required standpoint. The audit wing ensures that quality codes, SOPs, and the operational framework are met. Employees are rated in terms of technical proficiency, accuracy and the value they bring to the organization. A report is prepared by the audit wing, which is used for further evaluation and continuous improvement
