Our shared team is the perfect solution for small businesses that require talented professionals on a flexible, time-and-material basis. With a minimum commitment of 0.5 FTE* per month, client’s gain access to shared resources who also work on other assignments and projects. Despite working across multiple projects, our shared team follows structured work slots, to maintain quality, consistency and on-time delivery.
This model is ideal for small businesses in the early stages of collaboration with us or those experiencing reduced workload due to holidays or seasonal slowdowns.

Own A-Team
Our own team model allows clients to build a dedicated team customized to their demand of specific skills, experience, and project requirements. Unlike shared resources, this team works exclusively on the client’s projects, operating as an extension of client’s organization. This ensures alignment, efficiency and commitment. This option is available for both time-and-material (T&M) and fixed-fee projects.
For T&M engagements, an own team becomes available with a minimum commitment of 1 FTE* per month. An exclusive discounted rate is available to client’s opting for 3 FTE* or more per month.
For fixed-fee projects, clients automatically receive a dedicated team, ensuring focused execution and accountability.
